Returning an Item
Heritage Workwear offers Self-Serve returns through your customer account and/or order email. We currently offer Returns only. The fastest means of exchange is to return and re-order the correct size or item. For any questions, please email info@heritageworkwear.com.
If you are unable to access self-serve returns and wish to return an item purchased from www.heritageworkwear.com, please contact us via the form below to request an RA#. Please be sure to include the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item
- Reason for Return
We will provide a return shipping label for each approved RA# on faulty products or incorrect shipments. Customer must pay for return shipping charges with the courier of their choice for all other returns or exchanges. Please insure your package for the value of its contents. We will ship exchanges to you at our expense within the U.S.
If you are returning an item to us, please include your RA Number, email and your full contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a pre-approved RA# or return request via your customer account.
